Fraud, Waste, Abuse Policy
Please send an email to report@careersourcepbc.com if, for any reason, you wish to report any allegations of suspected fraud, waste or abuse within CareerSource Palm Beach County.
Complaints and Grievance Procedures
Any participant or other interested party adversely affected by a decision or action by CareerSource Palm Beach County, including decisions by career center partners and service partners, has the right to file a grievance/complaint with us. A grievance/complaint may be submitted in writing to complaints@careersourcepbc.com. An exception to this procedure pertains to complaints alleging unlawful discrimination. The procedure for filing complaints of discrimination is provided below:
