West Palm Beach, Fla. (July 8, 2024) – CareerSource Palm Beach County (CSPBC) is taking proactive steps to support individuals impacted by recent layoffs of Retreat of the Palm Beaches with the announcement of two significant job fairs focused on key industries. Both job fairs are open to all job seekers.
On July 18th, in collaboration with the City of Boynton Beach, CSPBC will host a comprehensive job fair featuring more than 20 employers from various sectors, including healthcare, food service, and retail. This event aims to provide essential support and resources to attendees who have recently lost their jobs with Retreat of the Palm Beaches, offering guidance on reemployment filing and access to community assistance programs.
Following this initiative, CSPBC will partner with the City of Delray to present a specialized Healthcare Job Fair on August 8th. This event will bring together a diverse array of hospitals and healthcare providers across Palm Beach County, highlighting numerous employment opportunities within the healthcare industry across the country.
