These earn-while-you-learn programs combine on-the-job training with classroom instruction, helping job seekers launch meaningful careers while earning competitive wages. Registered Apprenticeships are approved by government agencies and meet nationally recognized industry standards.

- For Apprentices: Average starting wage is $23.86/hour; 93% remain employed nine months after completion.
- For Employers: 97% recommend apprenticeships for improving retention, productivity, and workplace safety.
